Warranty

The product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery to the retailer.

During the warranty period, Ultimate Blackout will repair or replace any defective product at no cost to the customer.

Warranty does not include shipping, removal, remeasuring or re-installation and the costs associated are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping costs to send the defective product to Ultimate Blackout and return shipping costs to receive the replacement or repaired product.

 

The warranty does not cover damages caused by wear and tear, misuse or abuse, failure to follow operating instructions, unauthorized alterations or unauthorized repairs.

Replacement of components and fabric is covered under warranty for the full 5 year period. All warranty claims require the product to be returned to Ultimate Blackout for inspection, repair, or replacement by the retailer.

The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
